He was predeceased by: his wife Norma Smith Odum; his son Stanley Odum; and his siblings, James Odum and Annie Stewart Britt. He is survived by: his children, Glen Odum (Betsy) of Wagram, NC, Laura Jackson (Rick) of Greenville, NC and John B. Odum of Wagram, NC; his siblings, Charles T. Odum, Catherine Tyner of Lumberton and Elizabeth Tyner (Wayne) of Lumberton; and also Helen. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren.
