He is survived by: his wife Beth Thorsten of Lumberton, NC; his sons, Jon Kent Thorsten (Katrina) of Chesapeake, VA and Andrew Hunt Thorsten (Ashley) of Clarksburg, MD; his stepsons, Robert Bentley Pflaumer (Jennifer) of Ocean Pines, MD, Patrick Anthony Pflaumer (Amanda) of Baltimore, MD, Gavin Graham Pflaumer (Erin) of Wilmington, NC and Adam Rockwell Pflaumer (Tracy) of Wilmington, NC; his grandchildren, Andrew Steven Thorsten, Peyton Jane Pflaumer, Ryan Patrick Pflaumer, Colin Britt Thorsten, Emma Corinne Pflaumer, Mia Leigh Thorsten, Harper Elizabeth Pflaumer, Indigo Jane Pflaumer, Hudson Leif Thorsten and Bennett Rockwell Pflaumer; and his siblings, Sigrid Howell (David) of Mashpee, MA and Leif Kris Thorsten (Mary) of Oceanside, CA..
