It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Ray Rozier of Lumberton, North Carolina, who passed away on September 3, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Allen and Frostie Ford Allen Hardin; her husband Ted Rozier; her stepfather Wilton Hardin; and her son Randall Ted Rozier.
She is survived by: her children, Amos Rozier (JoAnn) of Durham, NC, Darryl Rozier (Misty Scruggs) of Fayetteville, NC, Peggy Grimsley of Lumberton, NC., Regina Tyner (Robert Rankin) of Lumberton, NC., Cathy Grimsley (Daril Britt) of Lumberton, NC. and Linda Branch of Lumberton, NC.; her grandchildren, Christopher Grimsley (Kimberly), Brandon Grimsley (Michelle), Jonathan Tyner, Trevor Tyner, Beverley Grimsley (James Rogers), Ethan Grimsley, Jessica Branch, BreAnna Branch, Austin Branch, Randi Rozier, Daisy Medlin, Tyler Medlin, Jennifer Medlin and Ashley Medlin; her siblings, Bonnie Townsend and Bruce West (Barbara) of Lumberton; her niece Jeanine Lawson (Michael) of Lumberton; and her friend David Singletary of Lumberton. She is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren.
