She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Herath and Gertrude Herath; her husband Don Megel; and her siblings, Harold Ray Herath and Priscilla Moody.
She is survived by: her sons, Larry Raff (Jolene) of Crawfordsville, IN and Randy Raff (JoAn) of Avon, IN; and her stepdaughters, Paula Roach (Ron) of Lumberton, NC, Karlene Sheesley of Winston-Salem, NC and Carol Bauer of Chicago, IL. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild; along with a host of other relatives.
