She is survived by: her children, Joseph "Joe" Preston Phillips, II of Lumberton, Steven Allen Phillips of Bladenboro, Beth Phillips Lewis (Gary) of Lumberton and Bonita Dawn Phillips of St. Pauls; her grandsons, Alexander Lewis (Emily) of Goldsboro, Joseph Lewis (Shijia) of Pembroke, Seth Lewis of Lumberton and Nicholas Phillips of Bladenboro; her great grandchildren, William and Graham Lewis; and her sister-in-law Cathy P. Suggs of Fayetteville.
