She is survived by: her husband Walter Wayne Smith; her former husband Earl McLaurin; and her sons, Walter Ray Smith of Edisto Island, SC and Ronald Smith of Charlotte. She is also survived by two daughters-in-law; two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; two sisters and a large extended family and many friends.
