He is survived by: his parents, Rudell McMillan and Fannie McMillan; his wife Rose Revels McMillan; his children, Rebecca McMillan, Kenneth McMillan, Jr. (Tracie), Kevin McMillan (Aimee), Zachary McMillan, Rowena Bullard-Adeyemi (Moses), Ryan Bullard (Tara) and Renee McCorkle; his grandchildren, Luke, Lauren, Madelynn, Cole, Declan, Resamarie, Rheyanna of Rylan, R. J., Tehya, Riah, Aydan and Illie; his great grandchildren, Rheya, Reign, Rylia and Kasen Grey; his sisters, Debbie McMillan and Sharon Smith (Mike); his aunts, Annie "Bootie" Simmons and Polly S. McMillan; and his parents-in-law, Rev. Romey, Mable Revels and Ronnie Revels (Cindy).
