She was predeceased by: her parents, Isiah Locklear and Avella Barton Locklear; her husband Robert Oxendine; her siblings, Agnora Locklear, Gribby Locklear, Bonnie Goins, Cella Mae Flower and Hazel Goins; her children, Christopher Oxendine, Beverly Young, Carolyn Barton and Lillian Oxendine; and her grandchild Adrian Blanks.
She is survived by: her children, Tina Oxendine, Robert Oxendine Jr., John Oxendine (Francis) and Wanda Jacobs (Mickey); and her sisters, Lucille Locklear and Irene Townsend. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, thirty-three great grandchildren, and three great - great grandchildren.
