She was predeceased by: her husband Leslie Griffin Jr; her parents, Reddy Locklear and Tessie Marie Locklear; and her sister Elaine Locklear Oxendine. She is survived by: her son Jeff Griffin Jr; her wife Sheryl of Lumberton; her daughter Lisa Griffin Sualevai (Manu) of Kinston, N. C.; and her sisters, Brenda Locklear Lawson and Linda Locklear Baxley. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
