She was predeceased by: her parents, Augustus Lee Adcox and Bettie Jane Raynor Adcox; her husband Paul Ferrell Brisson; her children, Louise Ferrell Brisson McWhirter and Glenn Lee Brisson, Sr.; and her grandchildren, Gwendolyn Leigh Brisson Guyton, Ronald William McWhirter and Richard Stephen McWhirter.
She is survived by: her daughter Doreatha Brisson Kinlaw (Donald Marley Kinlaw) of Lumberton; her son-in-law Donald Marley Kinlaw; her great grandchild Joshua Lee Brisson; and her grandchildren, Amber Jane Kinlaw Lewis, Hilary Dawn Kinlaw Leggette, Eddie Joe McWhirter, Marie Ann McWhirter Maccioli, Glenn Lee Brisson, Jr., Luis Terrell Brisson, Paul Ferrell Brisson and Jonathan Israel Brisson.
