She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Nathaniel Barkley and Mary Lee Stillwell; her husband James Thomas Williams, Sr.; and her siblings, Johnny Barkley, Jesse Barkley and Roberta "Bert" Wally.
She is survived by: her children, James Thomas "Tommy" Williams, Jr. of Wilmington, NC, Lee Williams Roberts (Charles) of Charlotte, NC and Janet W. Lee (Johnny) of Little River, SC; her grandchildren, Marsden D. Haigh, Jr. (Kendall) and Elizabeth Swain (Jason); and her great grandchildren, London D. Haigh, Brooks Haigh, Lilly Swain and Ian Swain.
