He is survived by: his parents, Melvin Chavis Sr. and Crystal Locklear; his siblings, Alexis Chavis, Sabrina Chavis, Harley Jacobs, Charisa Locklear and Tommy L. Hernandez; and his stepbrother Xavier Locklear.
