Locklear of Lumberton, NC and Felicia Dan (Jonathan) of Raleigh, NC; his siblings, Audrey Locklear (Edward) of Lumberton, NC, Verna Locklear Jacobs (Lamar) of Fayetteville, NC, Gail D. Locklear of Lumberton, NC, Harley Locklear (Carolyn) of Lumberton, NC and Ronald Locklear (Mary-Lonie) of Matthews, NC; and his close friends, Milton, David and Graham. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
