He was predeceased by: his grandparents, H. B. and Madgie Locklear. He is survived by: his wife Barbara J. Locklear; his sons, Quentin and Brentlynn Locklear; his parents, Margaret Hammonds of Lumberton and Harold B. (Linda) of Lumberton; his sister Shewanna Locklear Parker (Mike) of Fayetteville; his stepsister Felicia Rodriguez (Brandon) of Lumberton; his grandmother Annie Lou Hammonds of Lumberton; and his uncle Tony R. Locklear. He is also survived by four nephews, two nieces, several aunts, uncles, cousins.
