He is survived by: his parents, Odell Locklear and Sarah Neil Locklear of Rennert; his wife Selina Locklear; his children, Brittany, Kendrick Locklear and Elijah Cintron of Lumberton; his granddaughter Brinley Carter; his niece Addyson Smith of Lumberton; his cousin Beanca Cummings; his friend Derrick Taylor; his pet Bella Grace; and his siblings, Selene McGirt (Dwight) of Maxton, Marlene Locklear (Mitchell) of Shannon, Fanina Stewart (Artie) of Shannon and Timmy Dale Locklear (Alaura) of Shannon.
