He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Locklear; his children, Angela Wedmer (Mike) of Lumberton, NC, Vivion Locklear (Robert) of Middleburg, FL, Delilah Locklear (Daniel) of Lumberton, NC, Victoria Locklear of Fairmont, NC, Ivy Demery (Rebecca) of Pembroke, NC and Millard Locklear Jr. (India) of Lumberton, NC.; his siblings, Tina David (Steve) of Michigan, Linda Carter (Tim) of Michigan and Donald Powless of Ontario, Canada; his niece Jamie Sanderson; his cousin Michael Locklear; and his uncles, Ben Strickland and James Locklear. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
