He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Rowland Kinlaw and Virginia Leggett Kinlaw; his sister Susan Kinlaw Bryan; and his niece Krystal Rose Fowler. He is survived by: his siblings, Jack "Chuck" Kinlaw (Kirsten) and Lynda Kinlaw Brown (Tony); his siblings' children, Amber Fowler, Austin Fowler, Tristen Brown, Chelsy Hill, Taylor Kinlaw and Jacob Kinlaw; and his friends, Bobby Britt and Jeff Woods. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
