He is survived by: his wife Dena Hammonds Barnes; his siblings, Darlene Barnes, Dorothy Spaulding (Elmer) and Willie Earl Barnes (Donna); his daughters, Tonya Daye (Bonnie, Jr) and Sonya Rogers (Billy); his grandchildren, Trey Daye, Tyler Daye, Chenoa Daye, Nathan Rogers, Jordan Rogers, Logan Rogers and Sydney Rogers; his pet Nudy; and his nephews, Darren, Timmy and Melvin Barnes. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
