She was predeceased by: her parents, John Willoughby, Jr. and Rachel Watts Willoughby; and her husband Thomas Randell Musselwhite. She is survived by: her sister Connie Dove (Edison) of Bladenboro; and her grandchildren, Brandon Lewis, Emily Andrews, Addison Baxley and John Baxley.
