It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Oine Victor Garrett (Lumberton, North Carolina), who passed away on July 20, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Garrett and Onnie Garrett; his son Ronnie Victor Garrett; his son-in-law Kenneth Lancaster; and his brothers, Robert Garrett and Marvin Garrett.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Garrett; his daughters, Marie Britt (Tony) of Orrum, Juanita Lancaster of Fayetteville and Lynn Royal (Harold) of Fayetteville; his stepchildren, Debra Brisson (Randy) of Bladenboro and Kenneth Wieland (Amy) of Fayetteville; and his brothers, Herbert Garrett of St. Pauls and David Garrett of St. Pauls. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
