She was predeceased by: her husband Lynwood Smith. She is survived by: her children, William David Lee (Tina) of Stroudsburg, PA, Terry Lynn Hayes of Lumberton, NC and Nicola Hayes of Bladenboro, NC. She is also survived by five grandchildren; three brothers.
