She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Jackson and Eula Powers Jackson; and her siblings, Curtis Jackson, Sammy Jackson and Catherine J. Tyner.
She is survived by: her children, Gary W. Evers (Diane) of Pleasant Garden, NC, Mike Evers (Joy) of Hayesville, NC and Judy Evers Garner (Lyn) of Lumberton, NC; her grandchildren, Matthew Evers, Ashley Caviness (Zach), Ryan Evers (Ericka), Bradley Evers, Jedidiah Gant (Stacy) and Lyndsey Walters (Matt); her siblings, Cecil Jackson (Esther) of Lumberton, NC, Terry Jackson (Gina) of Lumberton, NC, Carolyn J. Hodge (Braxton) of Lumberton, NC, Ann Carter (Eddie) of Lumberton, NC, Juanita Ferguson (Jerry) of Shallotte, NC and Margaret Canady (Baxter) of St. Pauls, NC; and her sister-in-law Roma Jackson of Lumberton, NC. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and many special friends.
