She was predeceased by: her parents, Edmond Jacobs and Mary Jacobs; her siblings, Eula Mae Hunt, Betty Lois McGirt (Money), Mary Lee Jacobs, Madgie Locklear, Johnson Jacobs, James Jacobs, Bobby Jacobs, Martin Jacobs (Boot) and Pete Jacobs; her son Larry Oxendine; her granddaughter Megan Ann Oxendine; and her great grandchild Mya Odum.
She is survived by: her husband Remer Oxendine; her daughters, Karen Kay Lowry of Pembroke, NC, Audria O. Cummings (Jimmie Ray) of Pembroke, NC and Jennifer Oxendine of Pembroke, NC; her siblings, Geraldine Clark of Pembroke, NC, Magdaline Oxendine of Rock Hill, SC and Billy Jacobs of Philadelphia, PA; her close friends, James Buxton and Helen Emanuel; April Hunt.
