He was predeceased by: his parents, Winford Locklear and Dollie Locklear; and his siblings, Annie Ruth Dial, Lillie Smith, Dollie Driggrts, Pervis Locklear and McCellan Locklear.
He is survived by: his wife Wilma Locklear; his children, Mark Locklear, Nicky Locklear (Debra) and Phillis Clark (Barney); his granddaughter Sherry Byrd Nikki Camby (Aubrey); and his great grandchildren, Taner, Tyler Jacobs, Blake, Callie, Cammie Byrd, Tamara Locklear, Keith Camby and Pierce.
