She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Jacobs and Hattie L. McMillian; her children, Andrew Jacobs and Peggy Jacobs; her siblings, Mammie Jacobs, Margaret McMillian, Linda McMillian, Henry Jacobs and Grady Jacobs; and her grandchildren, Dusty Locklear, James E. Hammonds Jr. and Keith Hunt.
She is survived by: her children, Patsy Hunt (Billy Ray), Reba Wilkins (Otis), Shirley Jacobs, Donald Ray Jacobs, Gregory Jacobs and Victor Jacobs; her sisters, Pattie Locklear, Elsie Jones and Shelby McMillian; and her granddaughter Joy L. Emanuel. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
