He was predeceased by: his parents, Dana Preston and Patricia Ann Shumate Greenfield. He is survived by: his wife Sandra López Greenfield; his sister Dee Ann Greenfield Hunter (Walter); his sibling's children, Megan Hunter of Arvada, CO and Brandon Hunter of Arvada, CO; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Christian David Mesa López of Manizales, Javier Alejandro Mesa López of Manizales and Colombia; his uncle Ballard Shumate of Kentucky; his aunts, Joan Armbruster of West Virginia and Marilou Felton of Ohio; and his cousins, John Armbruster of West Virginia and Ed Armbruster of West Virginia.
