He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Jacobs and Mollie Lee Jacobs; his brother Stevie Jacobs; and his son Damian "DJ" Jacobs. He is survived by: his wife Patty Jacobs; his son Adrian (Telisha) of Rowland; his granddaughter Maliah Lexi Jacobs of Lumberton; his brothers, James Jacobs Jr. (Rosa) of Lumberton, Jackie Jacobs (Ruth) of Lumberton and Ricky Jacobs (Connie) of Lumberton; his aunt Christina of Maryland; and his close friends, Timmy Graham, Josh Emanuel, Ray Demery (Ray-Ray) and James Chavis "Rutdog". He is also survived by relatives and friends.
