He is survived by: his wife Ireene Locklear of Saddletree; his children, Richard Norwood Locklear and Vannessa Lockwood of Pennsylvania; and his siblings, Diane Wykoff of Maryland, Synda Lamont of New Jersey, Lynda Locklear of New Jersey and James Locklear of New Jersey. He is also survived by many nieces nephews, relatives and friends.
