He is survived by: his sons, James Robert Scott, Keith Scott (Felicia), Matthew Scott (Lawanda) and Philip Scott (Tatiana); and his siblings, Eleanor Bell, Larry Scott and Terry Scott. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.
