It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roberta Lowry (Lumberton, North Carolina), born in Fairmont, North Carolina, who passed away on November 3, 2020, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Jason B. Lowry; her parents, Ozro Hammonds and Almena H. Hammonds; and her siblings, Mary Sue Hunt, Marcus, Adney, Calvin and Cecil Hammonds.
She is survived by: her children, Jason B. Lowry, Jr. (JoAnn) of Dillon, SC and Jane L. West (Robert E. West) of Lumberton, NC; her siblings, William Hammonds of Southgate, Michigan, Clara Lowry of Fort Mill, SC and Rebecca Reynolds of Fort Mill, SC; her grandchildren, Jodie Lowry, Jake Lowry (Beth), Jessica Lowry (Seth), Travis West (Amelia) and David West (Vanessa); and her great grandchildren, Aidan, Benjamin, Cooper Lowry, Jackson, Alexander, Avery Strickland, Lauren, Andrew and Anson West.
