He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard "Bud" G. Crawford and Betty M. Fox Crawford; and his brothers, H. Daniel Crawford and Dennis A. Crawford. He is survived by: his wife Sandra "Sandy" Barger Crawford; his siblings, James R. Crawford of Butler, PA and June A. Crawford of Saxonburg, PA.; and his children, Samuel P. Crawford, Jr. (Alyssa) of Altoona, PA, Melissa S. Bryan of Wildwood, MO and Terrence "Terry" R. Crawford (Shannan) of Kissimmee, FL.
