He is survived by: his son Sandy Ray Jacobs (Sonya Bard); his grandchildren, Alexis Jacobs, Alyssa Bonge, Olivia Bunch and Storm Davis; his great grandchildren, Braylon Jacobs and Brooklyn Davis; his siblings, Pauline Evers, Carolyn Hodge (Braxton), Cecil Jackson (Esther), Ann Carter (Eddie), Juanita Ferguson (Jerry), Terry Jackson (Gina) and Margaret Canady (Baxter); and his close friend Almaner Norton.
