It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sue Neal Hyatt of Lumberton, North Carolina, who passed away on November 10, 2025, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mack Hyatt and Omera Davis; her brother Joseph Hyatt; and her brother-in-law Jeff Ford. She is survived by: her daughters, Belinda Hyatt (Jesse Musselwhite) of Lumberton and Sandra Thurtle (Timothy) of Lumberton; her sisters, Barbara Jean Ford of Augusta and Rebecca Britt (James Buddy) of Lumberton; and her grandchildren, Kalisa, Janessa, Shiheim, August, Carah, James and Chris.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Floyd Memorial Chapel (809 E 5th St, Lumberton, NC 28358).
