She was predeceased by: her parents, Pattie Sue Freeman Biggs and Joseph Chalmers Biggs; her stepmother Mary McIntyre Biggs; her husband Dwight Lyman Kelly III of Lumberton; and her stepbrother Charlie S. McIntyre Jr..
She is survived by: her son Dwight Lyman Kelly IV; her daughter-in-law Tara Hall Kelly; her grandchildren, Andrew McNeill Kelly and Addicyn Marie Kelly; and her stepbrother Stewart Akers McIntyre. She is also survived by several in-laws, and many cousins and friends.
