She is survived by: her husband Ricky Len Carter; her children, Ricco Devone Locklear (Danielle) of Lumberton, NC, Ricky Allen Locklear of Lumberton, NC and LaSandra Marie Locklear of Lumberton, NC; her siblings, Pete Hunt of Rennert, NC and Carol Locklear of Lumberton, NC; and her half-sisters, Phelma Locklear of Lumberton, NC., Maggie Locklear of Lumberton, NC. and Minnie Locklear of Lumberton, NC.. She is also survived by five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
