He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jerry Lee "Mule" Spaulding and Zelma Pat Spaulding; his great-grandparent Della Chavis; and his stepfather Alvin "Johnny" Mercer. He is survived by: his parents, Renee Locklear and Timothy Curtis Locklear of South Carolina; his grandparents, Strawdie Faye Trester of Prospect and Curtis Locklear of Lumberton; his siblings, Tabitha Denise Locklear (Eric) of Lumberton, Amber Renee Locklear of Pembroke and Britton Mercer (Alicia) of Maxton; his siblings' children, Brayden, Isaiah, Wa'Kiyan, Brylon, Brandon, Brixton, Ja'Kayli and Kylie; and his aunts and uncles, Darrell, Kelly Wayne, Tim, Derwin Ricky, Allen, Bryant, Brenda and Kyra.
