She was predeceased by: her parents, Margie Locklear and James F. Locklear; and her brothers, Barry Jr. and James Jr.. She is survived by: her son Andrew Locklear; her grandson Kendrick A. Burns; her daughter Agerlena (Kent Burns) of Rowland; her siblings, Janice Lowery (Charles) and Larry Locklear (Tammie) of Lumberton; her sister-in-law Kathy Locklear of Pembroke; and her grandsons, Jaylon Locklear, Kaden Burns and Kameren Burns. She is also survived by three nieces and five nephews; and a host of family and friends.
