He is survived by: his son Andrew Freeman (Anna Freeman) of Durham, NC; his granddaughters, Mara and River Freeman; his sisters, Nancy Freeman of Marshall, Christine Merrell of Marshall and Shelia Parlier; his brother-in-law Tom Parlier of Jefferson City, TN; Don Funderud. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
