She is survived by: her husband Rush C. Collins, Jr.; her daughter Cathy Neal (Don); her grandsons, Joshua Neal and Andrew Neal; and her great grandchildren, Haylee Neal and Jackson Neal. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
