He is survived by: his wife Nannie Faye Kimmons O'Neal; his children, David Michael O'Neal, Terry O'Neal and Michelle Smith; his siblings, Gray O'Neal and Ellen Webb; and his grandchildren, Laura, Monica, Mike Jr., A. J., Josh, Lindsey, Melissa, Jonathan, Brittany, Mindy and Cheyenne Nicole Smith. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
