She is survived by: her daughter Wendy Hawkins (Kevin) of Madison; her grandchildren, Dustin Hawkins and Austin Hawkins; and her siblings, George Mabe (Betty) of Walnut Cove and Deborah Ellington (James) of Sandy Ridge. She is also survived by sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, cousins, nieces and nephews.
