He was predeceased by: his parents, George Willard and Quilgy Woods Willard; and his siblings, Thomas Junior Willard and Pauline David. He is survived by: his wife Linda Newman Willard; and his children, Billy Dwayne Willard, Lisa Robertson, Vanessa Willard and Darrin Ray Willard (Wendy Willard). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
