She is survived by: her husband Harold Dean Adkins; her son Brent Adkins; her granddaughter Shea A. Joy (Justin); her great grandchildren, Hunter Stanley and Callie Joy; her nephew Danny Sheppard; and her great-nephew Wayne Sheppard.
