He is survived by: his wife Carolyn East Smith; his children, Sherrie Horton (Thomas Horton, Jr.), Jeffrey Charles Smith (Barbara) and LeeAnn Turner (Stephen); his grandchildren, Brittney Kass (Eric Kass), Trevor Chaney, Trey Smith, Jacob Smith and Greylan Turner; his stepgrandchildren, Annah Turner, Alex Turner and Sydney Horton; his great grandchildren, Emma Kass, Brynley Kass and Carson Smith; and his siblings, Linda Hamm, Jane Ziglar and Michael Smith.
