It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Taylor Sutherland Jr. (Madison, North Carolina), who passed away on November 25, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Taylor Sutherland, Sr. and Jean Louise Siegel Sutherland. He is survived by: his wife Jane Amick Sutherland; his children, Charles Taylor Sutherland, III (Shannon), Jane Sutherland Whitehurst (Christopher), James Richard Daniel Sutherland and Stuart Morgan Sutherland (Heather); his grandchildren, Charles Taylor Sutherland IV "Ford", Watson Seigel Whitehurst, Henry Lawrence Whitehurst, Jessup Michael Whitehurst, Freya Jane Sutherland and Lucy Eleanor Sutherland; and his sisters, Ruth Ann Sutherland Jackson and Julie Sutherland Joyce (Ronald). He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
