He is survived by: his mother Christie Lynn Carter; his stepfather Jon Webster; his sons, Riliee Zane Carter and Elijah Brame; his sister Katelyn Nicole Stovall; his grandparents, Robert, Jin, Debra Carter, Linda Cardwell, Roseanne Ore, Tommy Webster and Sue Webster; his aunts and uncles, Jackie Carter, Tammy "Mammy" Kallam, Susan Wray, Miranda Surles, Casey "Sassy" Tilley, Brandy Fleming, Christina Bourbonais, Junior "Jukie", James Carter, Thomas Harris and Adam Lashley; his significant other Tally Shupe; Jamie Surles, Jacob Surles, Ava Harris and Emma Harris.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Colonial Funeral Home & Chapel, Inc. 127 Ellisboro Rd. Madison, NC 27025 to assist the family with funeral expenses.
