He is survived by: his sons, Ty Douglas Bullins (Dana) of Sandy Ridge and Mark Wesley Bullins (Julie) of Aynor, SC; his grandchildren, Isaac, Augusta, MaryAnna, Daniel, Robert, Trinity and Zachary Bullins; his siblings, Joe Bullins (Tammy) of Mayodan and Ann Lemons (Larry) of Eden; and his pets, Puppy Bear and Boots.
