He is survived by: his wife Eulalia Butler Scotton; his children, Brian (Becky), Kevin (Wendy), Ramon (Lynn) and Melanie Horton; his sister Kay Graham (Glenn); his grandchildren, Leigh Ann Slaughter (Jamie), Kurt Scotton (Katie), Lance Scotton (Ashley), Amy Hobbs (Robert), James Scotton (Hannah), Kyle Scotton (Dara), Alyssa Boles (Brandon) and Erika Horton; and his great grandchildren, Brooke Scotton, Emily Scotton, Jacob Slaughter, Justin Scotton, Breanna Scotton, Luke Hobbs, Isabella and Emerson Scotton.
Social distancing guidelines will be observed and face coverings are required.
