With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cynthia Payne Rumley (Madison, North Carolina), born in Rockingham, North Carolina, who passed away on February 15, 2021 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Watson Payne, Jr. and Doris Marie Wright Payne; and her grandparents, Edwin, Grace Wright, Gilbert Watson Payne, Sr. and Lee Sharp Payne (Duke Rumley).
She is survived by: her sister Cheryl Payne McCollum (Danny).
