It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debbie Jewell of Madison, North Carolina, who passed away on September 4, 2020, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald J. Jewell, Sr. and Mary Lorraine Wray Bibee; her stepfather Walter Bibee; and her sister Mary Jewell. She is survived by: her siblings, Donnie Jewell, Jr. (Jeannie), Lisa Matthews (Jim) and Ronnie Jewell (Teresa); her siblings' children, Sherry, Tabitha, Summer, Gina, J. R., Jeffery and D. J.; and her close friend Helen Cope of Pine Hall. She is also survived by ten great-nieces, five great-nephews, and one great-great-nephew.
